The kids started their private voice lessons today! So exciting! Taran and Joely have also been taking violin from my friend Debbie Decker and they are loving it...and if you ask me I think they are doing really well! Actually in the last month of violin they have learned more then they did all last year in piano, she is such a WONDERFUL teacher!

What a day!

Today my sister was down from SLC, and we had to put the family dog down. Truth be told, I have never been a huge fan of this dog, he's a big old pit bull. But my sister loved the dog SOOOO much. So I went into the vet with her while the dog was put down. Wow, that was emotional! I cant believe how hard it was, I cant imagine how hard it must have been for my sister, because I felt like I was falling apart. Way to go Jess, on being strong!

YEAH! My new blog is finally ready. I had a custom blog made for the site, featuring this cute little pea pod baby ...oohs and awws....So stinkin' cute, I love it, I even have my own button that you can post on your site...friends of mine, post the little button on your site ;-) Sadly though my camera is broke, so it's going to be hard to add stuff to the blog right now. Hope to remedy that REAL soon!

Birthday Boy!

Kyler turned 3 on November 6th! He was SO excited for his birthday...I am thinking that may just be an understatement! On his actual birthday, well, we didnt do much. Because that night we were celebrating Grandpa Stouts birthday. Of course as we lite grandpas cake candles, and I could see the excitement in Kylers eyes, I thought we may have a problem on our hands....Kyler of course figured we were singing for him (as he should have thought) So when we were done singing, he went to blow out the candles, and Joels family who forgot it was Kylers actual birthday started yelling "STOP" Naturally Kyler burst into tears, he didnt know why he was getting in trouble for blowing out candles on hos birthday....(of course I have a hard time undertanding why you get mad at ANY kids blowing out candles, who cares who's birthday it is) I quickly explained that it was his birthday today and we re-lit the candles and sang to Kyler.

On Saturday we celebrated his birthday, he woke up to his bedroom doorway all decorated up (He loved that) Then we had waffles, his favorite. Later we went and fed the ducks at the Bloomington golf course and the had a party at grandma and grandpa Foremasters house for him. He was beaming! We finished the day by eating at Pasta Factory and then going home and having a movie night where we watched Willow (remember that old one?)

New Blog

I just started a new blog to 'house' all the stuff I make ;-) The link can be found on my blog list. It's called pea pod creations.....I am thinking that the name I am going to use for some labels I'll have made up, I figured I'll see how I like it by naming my new blog that for a while ;-)

Getting ready for the BIG 3

Kyler turns 3 on Friday, and he getting pretty excited. We added the music and changed the blog for him, he always comes over and opens up the computer (because this is my home page) and dances around to the birthday music he picked out. Maricela came and picked him up and took him out for some birthday pictures (he was getting sick that day and you can see it in his eyes) but he was still excited to be getting ready for his birthday!

Sew fun

I was looking at some sewing mag that posted fun crafty sites to check out on the web of peoples blogs, and I read them all....how funny! I never would have guessed that I would have already found the 'cool' blogs. Makes me feel a little special. I am thinking of making some little clothing labels for some outfits I make, but I dont want them to say my name I just want a cute little name to represent the stuff I make. Any ideas? I just cant decide on a name.
